Paso Robles is a city in northern San Luis Obispo County on California's Central Coast, set among rolling oak-studded hills. It is the center of a large and fast-growing wine region with many wineries, known especially for Zinfandel and Rhone-style wines. The town has a historic downtown square with tasting rooms and restaurants, a long history of hot springs, and annually hosts the California Mid-State Fair.
