Punta Uva is one of our favorite places to SUP!  We start off in the  always calm coastal river learning the basics. We’ll go over water safety and the basic paddle board stances and strokes. Once you got your footing we will paddle up the river where we most likely see sloths, monkeys and tucans. Coming back out to the bay we will then paddle around some of the most beautiful reefs Costa Rica has to offer. If the conditions are right we will check out the secret cave!
