Designed for travelers who want it all, this 20-day itinerary takes you from the colorful Caribbean coast to the lush volcano region, the high-altitude cloud forests, the world-famous Manuel Antonio, and the wild Osa Peninsula before ending in Uvita’s coastal paradise.
Your adventure begins with your arrival at San José International Airport, where you’ll transfer to the vibrant Caribbean town of Puerto Viejo. Explore its beaches, visit Cahuita National Park, kayak down Punta Uva River, and discover the local Afro-Caribbean culture.
From there, head to the Arenal region to enjoy hot springs and the mystical Río Celeste inside Tenorio Volcano National Park. Continue your journey to Monteverde, where the Cloud Forest Reserve, hanging bridges, and adventure parks await.
The second half of your trip takes you to the Pacific coast. Start in Manuel Antonio with its world-renowned national park and pristine beaches. Enjoy a sunset sailing tour, and taste local seafood.
