Kagbeni
Nepal
Kagbeni is a village in the Mustang District of Nepal, set at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki and Jhong rivers below the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. With its mud-brick houses, narrow alleys and old Tibetan Buddhist monastery, it marks the entrance to the restricted region of Upper Mustang. Trekkers on the Annapurna Circuit and pilgrims bound for Muktinath often stop here.
